- Yes, you own a specific interest in the subject property through your ownership in the Series LLC that holds legal deed and title to the property.
- Yes. There are no guarantees when you are investing in real estate. The multifamily real estate and real estate markets have economic cycles and it is difficult to know how and when the economy will change.

You can have your dividend payments returned to the Proper Maven wallet or drip them into future offerings.
